  • Discuss and determine the relevant obstacles in implementing successful interdisciplinary bedside rounding
  • Develop and optimize communication and coordination with patients, families and hospital staff
  • Identify and assess how to avoid common pitfalls when implementing interdisciplinary teamwork in an acute care facility
