ForwardPediatric Hospital Medicine On Demand 2022
The Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) conference is the premier educational conference for pediatric hospitalists and other clinicians who care for hospitalized patients. Tri-sponsored by the Academic Pediatric Association (APA), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM), the PHM meeting provides an all-inclusive arrangement of educational and networking opportunities planned specifically for the pediatric hospital medicine professional. PHM On Demand 2022 contains selected recordings from the live meeting.
Learning Objectives
- Attendees will be able to identify areas of the pediatric medical literature that have the potential to improve pediatric hospital practice.
- Attendees will be able to recognize the scope and impact of gender inequities in clinical medicine and identify ways to address these disparities.
- Attendees will be able to distinguish pediatric populations at risk for societal marginalization and what can be done to improve their acceptance and integration.
- Attendees will be able to describe current state-of-the-art evidence-based clinical practice for key topics in pediatric hospital medicine
