Chapter Leader Wellness Meeting

October 29, 2020

The Wellbeing Taskforce reviewed data about the impact of COVID-19 on clinician psychological wellbeing, anxiety, and social isolation.  In small groups, participants discussed the impact the pandemic has had on wellbeing and what resources have been helpful. Common and significant stressors associated with COVID-19 were discussed, and participants were introduced to a tool designed to facilitate conversations with their peers and in groups in which they have leadership roles.
