Utilizing a case-based format, the attendee will understand the significance of error identification and just in time debriefing and event reporting. We will then apply tools discussed in previous sessions to aid with error analysis involving learners. Finally, we will discuss strategies for a successful MMI conference with a strong emphasis on psychologically safe facilitation and communication skills.
