Leadership Academy: Virtual Leadership Capstone 2021

April 5, 2021 to April 7, 2021

This Virtual Leadership Capstone course includes a three-day virtual program, plus an ongoing six-month learning component that allows participants to continue developing leadership skills throughout the coming year. With the completion of Capstone, participants are eligible to earn a Certificate of Leadership in Hospital Medicine (CLHM) Designation.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the three-day course, learners will be able to

  1. Appraise their own leadership ability and develop a professional development plan to enhance strengths and minimize blind spots.
  2. Plan and operationalize a transformative project, and audit gaps in active plans and projects at their institution.
  3. Assemble and lead more effective teams.
